On-Site Assessment

The on-site assessments are designed to provide accurate and efficient estimates for most of your service requests. Whether you are a property manager, landlord, or real estate agent, our experienced professionals will determine the scope of work (SOW) required and provide you with a detailed estimate that you can rely on. With our commitment to quality craftsmanship and timely service, you can trust that our team will deliver exceptional results that meet your expectations.

What to Expect

During your inspection, the certified handyman onsite will carefully inspect the property with you to determine any current or future needs for maintenance. Our handyman WILL NOT repair or correct anything during an assessment. Only the status of each issue will be documented during the assessment process.

If it's determined that your service request is beyond the legal abilities of our handyman, you'll get access to a network of licensed general contractors (LGC). If your service request doesn't require a LGC, you'll be given a detailed scope of work with estimates for labor and materials within 24 - 48 business hours.

There will be no refunds for cancelled inspections, nor will there be any refunds if you decide to use another company after receiving our scope of work and estimates.
