1 Man Can is handyman company founded by Terrion Zeringue in Chicago, IL. He's combined individual skills, knowledge, and networks together to provide affordable handyman services all over the Chicagoland area. His network now has other experienced handyman, licensed general contractors, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters.
Each individual comes well equipped with their own tools and the knowledge to use their tools to create solutions for you. All of these professionals know how to effectively communicate the full scope of a service request and how to provide you with estimates for all labor and materials.

At 1 Man Can, we offer affordable handyman painting & repairs to property managers, landlords, and or real estate agents. We pair our clients with someone that's experienced and knows when, how and what to look for in specific locations.
Before a client is paired with the right professionals, we have a three-step screening process.
First, you'll complete our client contact form. This helps us to start understanding your needs and concerns. It also helps us determine what tools and equipment we'll need to complete your service request.
Second, you may be told to schedule one of our on-site assessments. If you're asked to, it's because we need more information about your request that you are not be able provide for whatever reason. If you are not asked, we simply skip this step and move on to the next.

The third and final step is to confirm your service date and time. After speaking with you over the phone or in-person we should have a complete understanding of your request.

We hear many stories about how people struggle to manage projects or how unprofessional and inexperienced "the last guy" was. As people and property owners ourselves, we understand how frustrating that can be. We take the stress out of managing a project and ensure you receive quality work at the right price.
Beware, some people have tools but not the experience required to do quality work. Some people may request full payments upfront instead of creating contracts. Others may even start a project and suddenly stop all communications with you. These people ARE NOT handyman or contractors, they are scammers and thieves who make caring the professionals look bad.
