1 Man Can is a team of handyman who've combined their individual skills knowledge and networks together for a common goal. Our new super network consists of professional painters, licensed general contractors, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters.
Each individual comes well equipped with their own tools and the knowledge to use those too

Each individual comes well equipped with their own tools and the knowledge to use those tools in order to create solutions for our clients. All of these professionals have the ability to effectively communicate to our clients the full scope of their service requests along with providing quotes for labor and materials.
Our team is also given full access to utilize our network of professionals to provide you with solutions that may be outside of one person's range of abilities.

At 1 Man Can, our goal is to provide professional painting and expert repair services to our clients. We strive to achieve that goal by pairing our clients with an experienced handyman or a licensed professional.
Before a client is paired with the right professionals, we conduct a phone screening to assess your needs and concerns as well
At 1 Man Can, our goal is to provide professional painting and expert repair services to our clients. We strive to achieve that goal by pairing our clients with an experienced handyman or a licensed professional.
Before a client is paired with the right professionals, we conduct a phone screening to assess your needs and concerns as well as to determine what tools and equipment we'll need onsite.
Next, we require all clients to schedule our handyman inspection. During the inspection, the handyman onsite will carefully inspect the property with you and use troubleshooting to assess any current or future needs for maintenance. Our handyman WILL NOT repair or correct anything discovered during an inspection. Only an assessment of each issue will be documented during the inspection.
If a licensed professional is required our handyman will serve as the liaison between you and our network of licensed professionals. The documented assessment will be shared with a professional who has the experience necessary to complete your service request.
After the professional has had time to review the documentation our handyman will schedule the initial meeting between client and professional. Once a client is paired with a pro, our handyman remains on call until project completion to ensure all parties involved with the tasks are safe and satisfied.
If a licensed professional is not required, you'll be given an estimate for labor and materials within 24 hours. If the estimate is approved our handyman will provide you with a start and completion date.

Many of our handyman and licensed professionals have had clients express how much they've struggled to manage a project or how unprofessional and inexperienced their last handyman or contractor turned out to be. Being people and property owners ourselves, we completely understand how frustrating that can be. In fact, most of our handyman decided to become the solution to their own problem and they've continued to learn and grow as handyman since.
It's now common knowledge that not everyone who claims to be a handyman is actually a handyman. We want to help people avoid having a bad experience with someone who isn't what they claim to be. Some people just have the tools without the knowledge or skills to use them and other people may request deposits upfront knowing they can't do the work. These people ARE NOT handyman they are scammers and thieves who make the real handyman look bad.
